Q. Do the prices shown include VAT & Delivery?

A. The prices online exclude VAT and delivery. Delivery varies between products and quantities.

Q. How do I send/upload artwork?

A. Artwork can be uploaded to us via our wetransfer file < a href="">

Q. How long will my order take?

A. Products have different lead times, this can be seen in the item description. If you need your order in a hurry please call us to advise the details and we will do what we can to meet your deadlines.

Q. Can you print in my company’s Pantone colour?

A. Yes, please let us know the colour you would like on the notes section of the order process.

Q. Will I get an artwork proof before you print my order?

A. We will always email you a pdf proof before we print the bulk order. We will not proceed until you are 100% happy with the proof.

Q. What are working days?

A. Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays so please bear this in mind when working out your delivery

Q. Can we see samples before we buy?

A. Yes but please note the samples will not be personalised to you and will be returnable within 30 days unless we advise otherwise.
